发货政策

For light items,

WEST MALAYSIA:  RM10 / each order
EAST MALAYSIA:  RM20 / each order
SINGAPORE: RM50/ each order

*Certain rural Area and P.O. BOX address will be charged differently according to the real postage from logistic company. We will inform you to change address or to top up postage if your area is included in those special postage area. Otherwise the parcel will not be sent to you.

*Heavy items will be charged at different shipping rate

• The shipping cost for ready Stock and preorder item will be charged separately and parcels will be posted out separately.

After the parcel mailed expected 1-3 days will arrive. After sending, we will send tracking number to the email address you provided.

All Orders with ready stock or preorder items shall be shipped within promised date once payment received. We are using Ninja Van, POSLAJU, Skynet, Citylink, Airpak for local shipping; it takes 1-3 working days to reach your address after parcel shipped out.
wwMummyGrab shall not be liable for any damage to or loss of any shipment or delayed delivery.

*We will decide the courier company for every parcel. Customers cannot choose their own courier company.

西馬運費一律RM10
東馬運費一律RM20
新加坡運費一律RM50

*一些郊區或P.O. BOX地區會再格外徵收運費。如遇到這些特別地址，我們會另行通知您更換地址或是補加運費喔！否則物品不會寄出喔！

*重量较重物品的运费会有所不同~

包裹寄出後，預計1-3天就會到貨。寄出後，我們會發tracking number到您提供的email address。

*我們會選擇負責運輸的快遞公司，顧客不能特別選擇指定的快遞公司。
