All sales are final. So consider carefully before purchasing. Refundable if there’s any double payment.

All the colour of picture will be difference from the real product,treated as normal.
All balance or refund money will be credited into your account based on our wwPoint system.
(let says, if you bank in extra RM3, we will credit 300 wwPoints into your wwMummyGrab account, and you can redeem it on your next purchase)
RETURN
We apologize if we had sent you a defective /incorrect item. As the product we sell are limited imported from overseas and will be double checked before shipped out. If the defect does not affect the use of the item, we have the right not to make replacement.
Please drop an email at sales.wwspree@gmail.com with a snapshot of the defective products or incorrect products within 3 days after received parcel and we will get back to you as soon as we can. We will do an exchange to you and return postage fee will be bear by us.

所有團購網售出的物品一律不接受退貨和換貨,如果发现重叠汇款,可退款。
由於所有團購網的物品都會清楚表明物品細節和尺寸,所以請顧客考慮清楚後才下單。
每件商品的圖片和真實商品會有少許差距,視為正常。
所有余额或是退款一律以wwPoint方式,把分数加进您的wwMummyGrab账号内。
例如:如果你多付了RM3,我们会把300 wwPoints 存入您的账号户口内,您下次购物时可以得到现金回扣。
瑕疵品退換貨
由於物品都是台灣郵寄過來的限量物品,有幾千都會先檢查清楚再出貨。如發現有任何瑕疵問題請在收到包裹3天內聯繫我們的客服人員,逾期不受理。如果瑕疵不影響物品的使用,我們有權不提供替換。可以接受才下單哦~
